The high level of Coconut Oil and Shea Butter that make Bubbsi's Shampoo + Wash super nourishing can also cause it to thicken and crystallize when it experiences too many temperature extremes (like shipping in the winter!). 

If your Shampoo + Wash was too thick, difficult to squeeze out, and / or hard to wash off skin and hair, we're here to help!  Reference this picture to see if your Shampoo texture is correct: 

To resolve this issue, please try these easy steps:

1. Make sure the cap is on tight.

2. Run hottest tap water over the bottle for about 25-30 minutes for Refill bottles or 10-12 minutes for piggy bottle to warm it up. (we're trying to get it to 90-95 degrees to fully melt the Shea Butter and Coconut Oil)

3. Shake vigorously—you should notice it sounding and feeling more liquid.

4. Try the formula again and it should feel like the one you love!
