Frequently asked questions

Which set should I start with?

We recommend starting with The Newborn Starter Set, since our products work best together to bring you the softest skin.

If you must choose one, a great moisturizer should be the centerpiece of your skincare ritual. We have two to choose from, depending on your little one’s skin type:

  • For oily to normal skin, our Whipped Coconut Oil Body Cream is the perfect non-greasy, fast-absorbing daily moisturizer.
  • For dry skin, our Coconut Oil Balm is a more concentrated deep moisturizer that protects & restores. Also multitasks as a diaper cream and oil cleanser!
Is coconut oil right for my baby's skin?

Our formulas are all tested to be safe & non-irritating across skin types. While every skin is different, the majority of our customers have no issues with our formulations.
Is the fragrance safe?

In formulating Bubbsi’s light scent we avoided common skin allergens and irritants and stuck to 100% naturally-derived, EU compliant ingredients. We disclose the full ingredient list on each product page in the "What's Inside" section so you can do the research yourself!

Our formulas are all tested to be safe & non-irritated across skin types. While every skin is different, the majority of our customers have no issue with our scent…and actually love it. If you have any issues with our products, we are happy to refund you within 30 days of purchase.
How do refills work?

Our eco-friendly refills are available for one-time purchase or on subscription. If you buy multiple refills, you get a discount as well. Our bottles and jars are easily refillable, your kiddo can even join in on the fun and learn about sustainability along the way.
What if it doesn't work for my little one?

We love our product and we're certain you will too! However, our 100% happiness guarantee means that if you aren't happy with your product, you can reach out to hello@lovebubbsi.com for a refund of your Starter Set within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that our products are not guaranteed to cure any medical condition, including eczema. Every skin is unique and all testimonials and recommendations we share are opinions of our customers or the Bubbsi team.
Do you ship for free?

We offer free shipping for orders over $59 and $5.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $59.

Should you need your Bubbsi fix faster, we offer expedited shipping options to the contiguous 48 states at checkout.
