Shipping Rates & Time

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Unless otherwise specified, we offer free shipping for orders over $49 and $9.99 flat rate shipping for all other orders.

We promise to ship out your order within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on our site. At that point, you will receive an email with tracking information that has more details on transit time, which varies by shipping method: 

USPS: typically 1-5 business days

UPS Ground: typically 2-7 business days, except for orders shipping to Hawaii, which typically take 7-14 business days. 

Shipping estimates DO NOT include fulfillment times. 

Refunds

We love our product and we're certain you will too!  However if you aren't happy with your purchase, please reach out to hello@lovebubbsi.com for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or to return unopened product. Please note that our products are not guaranteed to cure any medical condition, including eczema. Every skin is unique and all testimonials and recommendations we share are opinions of our customers or the Bubbsi team.   

Cancellations & Order Changes

We aim to prioritize fast shipping, so orders are processed and sent to our warehouse immediately after they’re placed. Because of this real-time processing, we cannot process cancellations or changes once an order is submitted. Please send an email to hello@lovebubbsi.com with your order number and our team can assist you with a return label once your order has arrived! Please note that if an incorrect address is placed for an order, we cannot refund or replace the order if the order is not received. However, please reach out to us and we will try our best to help! 

Holiday / End of Year Shipping

*Shipping Note: Bubbsi cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the unpredictability of shipping carriers at this time of year. To be on the safe side, we recommend ordering at least two weeks before you need your items delivered.
