Where does Bubbsi ship?

Currently, our bubs are available in all 50 states of the U.S. We hope to ship overseas soon.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders over $49 and $6 flat rate shipping for orders under $49. We also offer expedited shipping options.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We promise to ship your order within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on our site. Your tracking information will provide more details on transit time, which is typically anywhere from 2-8 days.  

But…what if I need my Bubbsi fix faster?

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your order confirmation email will contain a link to view your order status at any time. If you created a profile on our website, you can also login to view your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our fulfillment center is very speedy, but if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to help you change or cancel it. Email hello@lovebubbsi.com with your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

We love our product and we're certain you will too! However, our 100% happiness guarantee means that if you aren't happy with your Starter Set, please reach out to hello@lovebubbsi.com for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or to return unopened product. This guarantee covers our initial starter bottles (8oz & 5oz sizes), but not refills. We cannot provide refunds for open refills.

Please note that our products are not guaranteed to cure any medical condition, including eczema. Every skin is unique and all testimonials and recommendations we share are opinions of our customers or the Bubbsi team.   

How do I view / modify / cancel my subscription?

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive an email to Create Account. You can create or view your account on lovebubbsi.com by clicking on the person icon above our navigation menu. Once you log into your account, you'll find details on your Next Order and open Subscriptions.

You can manage your next order or any upcoming orders via this Portal. You can skip, gift, delay, change address or add products to upcoming orders. You can also choose to ship your next order now. 

To manage your overall Subscriptions, click the Subscription tab to change frequency, payment methods, or to pause or cancel overall.

Why should I buy Bubbsi?

Bubbsi is the first brand that makes healthy skincare FUN for you and your little ones. Our naturally nourishing formulas start with organic, cold-pressed coconut oil, are full of other yummy skin food and free of the yuckies (parabens, phthalates, sulfates, mineral oil, etc). Our nontoxic, reusable silicone bottles feel like toys and will delight parents and kids alike. We believe you will truly enjoy your daily skincare rituals with products you love. Which Bubbsi product is the best place to start?

We recommend starting with The Newborn Starter Set, since our 3 products work best together to bring you the softest skin. If you must choose one, a great moisturizer should be the centerpiece of your skincare ritual. We have two to choose from, depending on your little one’s skin type:

  • For oily to normal skin, our Whipped Coconut Oil Body Cream is the perfect non-greasy, fast-absorbing daily moisturizer.

  • For dry skin, our Coconut Oil Balm is a more concentrated deep moisturizer that protects & restores. Also multitasks as a diaper cream and oil cleanser!

Your products seem a little expensive.  Why?

Our products actually offer great value from the inside out:

  • Our formulas are made primarily with natural / naturally derived ingredients, like high levels of organic coconut oil, which cost more than synthetic and filler ingredients.  

  • Our nontoxic food-grade silicone bottles feel like toys and are made to be reused, so you only need to buy them once. Our 32oz value size refills your animal bottle 4 times – that’s snuggly skin for a whole year! A small investment upfront keeps plastic out of the landfills and your bubs delightfully soft.

Can your products be used on adults too?

Absolutely! Our products are formulated for the littlest ones but are truly perfect for anyone.

Is your fragrance safe for my newborn? 

In formulating Bubbsi’s light scent we avoided common skin allergens and irritants and stuck to 100% naturally-derived, EU compliant ingredients. We  disclose the full ingredient list on our site so you can do the research yourself! 

Our formulas are all tested to be safe & non-irritated across skin types. While every skin is different, the majority of our customers have no issue with our scent…and actually love it. If you have any issues with our products, we are happy to refund you within 30 days of purchase.

How do I give Bubbsi as a gift?

Visit our Gift page to choose a bundle and card and to write your message.  Each gift is wrapped in our signature tissue and ribbon.  We will handwrite the message and send to your recipient!  Easy peasy.  

OUR SAFETY STANDARDS

What do you mean by “clean” skincare?

Our kids deserve the best, so "clean" means we have the highest safety and toxicity standards for our formulations.

What’s IN our formulas:

  • Primarily ingredients of organic and natural origin

  • COSMOS-certified organic, cold-pressed coconut oil (#1 or #2 ingredient in each product, not just extracts).

  • All-natural scent

  • Small amounts of safe & nontoxic synthetic ingredients where we believe there is no better natural alternative. For example, as a preservative to keep your products fresh and bacteria-free.

What’s OUT:

  • Parabens, phthalates, sulfates, mineral oils

  • Synthetic dyes and fragrance

  • Harsh chemicals, potential carcinogens and endocrine disruptors

  • Common natural irritants and allergens

  • Nearly 1,400 ingredients that are banned in EU cosmetics

What are “naturally derived” ingredients?

We define “naturally-derived” as ingredients that come from a natural origin but are isolated or extracted via an outside process. A great example is the coco caprylate / caprate in our Whipped Coconut Oil Body Cream. It’s a component of coconut oil that is combined with a fatty acid from natural Palm Oil to give our body cream its wonderful silky feel and spreadability that Coconut Oil on its own does not have.

Are your products vegan?

Our moisturizers (Whipped Coconut Oil Body Cream and Coconut Oil Balm) are fully vegan (meaning all ingredients are plant-based or synthetic). Our Shampoo + Wash is not fully vegan due to one ingredient that is sourced from egg enzymes.

Are Bubbsi products pH balanced?

Yes, all formulas are pH balanced, meaning they match the average pH of your baby’s skin and will not cause skin imbalance.

Are Bubbsi products safe for all skin types?

Yes. Our products have been clinically tested for safety by an independent lab under the  review of a Pediatrician & Dermatologist. They have been applied to a range of skin types over time and to ensure that they do not cause no skin irritation or allergic reaction. However, everyone’s skin is different, so always test a small area of skin before using more broadly. If you experience any skin reactions at all, please discontinue use and contact hello@lovebubbsi.com.

How do you ensure Bubbsi products are safe for my little ones?

Bubbsi was founded by a mama, but our formulas weren’t cooked up in her kitchen. They are formulated in a lab with the highest standards, thoroughly safety tested, and manufactured in an FDA-certified facility. Our rigorous safety testing protocol ensures that each product:

  • Is free of bacteria & unwanted organisms.

  • Has an effective preservative system if challenged by pathogens.

  • Doesn’t cause skin irritation or allergic reaction (across a range of skin types).

  • Will not cause eye irritation.

  • Is stable and high quality over time, even under severe temperatures.

Do you test on animals?

NOPE!! Only on babies, mamas and daddies.

When will my Bubbsi products expire?

Our products don’t have an expiration date, however we recommend that you store at normal room temperature and use our small animal bottles within 6 months of opening and our refill sizes within 12-18 months for the best quality. REFILL, REUSE, RECYCLE

What makes Bubbsi bottles reusable and eco-friendly?

Our 8oz animal bottles are made of food-grade silicone, which is durable and nontoxic. Unlike plastic, silicone is highly stable and won’t leech harmful chemicals into your products over time. By refilling & reusing our silicone bottles instead of throwing plastic ones out every few months, we can keep our landfills and oceans a little bit cleaner.

How do I refill your bottles?

Easy peasy! Our bottle cap is actually made up of two parts – the screw cap and the collar that attaches to the bottle. Hold the bottle by the collar and screw off the cap so you see the large opening into the bottle. Squeeze or pump the formula from our refill size into the bottle. Screw the cap back on and use!  

How do I recycle your silicone bottles once done?

Since our bottles are very durable, you won’t need to dispose of them for a long time. However when you do, check your local recycling program to see if they take silicone. If not, we plan on rolling out a recycling program very soon, so please save your bottles. Sign up for our emails below for the latest info!
