Refund policy

We love our product and we know you will too. However, our 100% happiness guarantee means that if you aren't happy with your product or in the rare instance where your child has a reaction to any of our products, we can issue a full refund for your starter set within 30 days.  Please reach out to hello@lovebubbsi.com for a refund. 

We will accept the return of unused product for a refund (minus return shipping cost) within 30 days. 

We aim to prioritize fast shipping, so orders are processed and sent to our warehouse immediately after they’re placed. Because of this real-time processing, we cannot process cancellations or changes once an order is submitted. Please send an email to hello@lovebubbsi.com with your order number and our team can assist you with a return label once your order has arrived! Please note that if an incorrect address is placed for an order, we cannot refund or replace the order if the order is not received. However, please reach out to us and we will try our best to help!
