Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Unless otherwise specified, we offer free shipping for orders over $59 and $9.99 flat rate shipping for all other orders. We also offer expedited shipping options to the 48 contiguous states. 

We promise to ship out your order within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on our site. At that point, you will receive an email with tracking information that has more details on transit time, which varies by shipping method: 

USPS: typically 1-5 business days, except for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii, which typically take 10-14 business days. 

UPS: typically 2-7 business days, except for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii, which typically take 10-14 business days. 

Shipping estimates DO NOT include fulfillment times. 

At end of year / holiday, Bubbsi cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the unpredictability of shipping carriers at this time of year. To be on the safe side, we recommend ordering at least two weeks before you need your items delivered.

We aim to prioritize fast shipping, so orders are processed and sent to our warehouse immediately after they’re placed. Because of this real-time processing, we cannot process cancellations or changes once an order is submitted. Please send an email to hello@lovebubbsi.com with your order number and our team can assist you with a return label once your order has arrived! Please note that if an incorrect address is placed for an order, we cannot refund or replace the order if the order is not received. However, please reach out to us and we will try our best to help! 

• Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment
• Stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it
• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
• Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped
