We offer free shipping for orders over $59 and $9.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $59.

Should you need your Bubbsi fix faster, we offer expedited shipping options to the contiguous 48 states at checkout.

We promise to ship your order within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on our site. Your tracking information will provide more details on transit time, which is typically anywhere from 2-8 days, unless you chose Expedited Shipping.

Your order confirmation email will contain a link to view your order status at any time. If you created a profile on our website, you can also login to view your order status.

We aim to prioritize fast shipping, so orders are processed and sent to our warehouse immediately after they’re placed. Because of this real-time processing, we cannot process cancellations or changes once an order is submitted. Please send an email to hello@lovebubbsi.com with your order number and our team can assist you with a return label once your order has arrived! Please note that if an incorrect address is placed for an order, we cannot refund or replace the order if the order is not received. However, please reach out to us and we will try our best to help!

We love our product and we're certain you will too! However, our 100% happiness guarantee means that if you aren't happy with your product, you can reach out to hello@lovebubbsi.com for a refund of your Starter Set within 30 days of purchase.

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive an email to Create Account. You can create or view your account on lovebubbsi.com by clicking on the person icon above our navigation menu. Once you log into your account, you'll find details on your Next Order and open Subscriptions.

You can manage your next order or any upcoming orders via this Portal. You can skip, gift, delay, change address or add products to upcoming orders. You can also choose to ship your next order now. 

To manage your overall Subscriptions, click the Subscription tab to change frequency, payment methods, or to pause or cancel overall. 

We recommend starting with The Newborn Starter Set, since our 3 products work best together to bring you the softest skin. If you must choose one, a great moisturizer should be the centerpiece of your skincare ritual. We have two to choose from, depending on your little one’s skin type:

• For oily to normal skin, our Whipped Coconut Oil Body Cream is the perfect non-greasy, fast-absorbing daily moisturizer.
• For dry skin, our Coconut Oil Balm is a more concentrated deep moisturizer that protects & restores. Also multitasks as a diaper cream and oil cleanser!

Absolutely! Our products are formulated for the littlest ones but are truly perfect for anyone.

In formulating Bubbsi’s light scent we avoided common skin allergens and irritants and stuck to 100% naturally-derived, EU compliant ingredients. We  disclose the full ingredient list on each product page in the "What's Inside" section so you can do the research yourself! 

Our formulas are all tested to be safe & non-irritated across skin types. While every skin is different, the majority of our customers have no issue with our scent…and actually love it. If you have any issues with our products, we are happy to refund you within 30 days of purchase.

Our products are manufactured in the USA (New Jersey!), with domestic and global materials. 

Our kids deserve the best, so "clean" means we have the highest safety and toxicity standards for our formulations.

What’s IN our formulas:

• Primarily ingredients of organic and natural origin
• COSMOS-certified organic, cold-pressed coconut oil (#1 or #2 ingredient in each product, not just extracts).
• All-natural scent
• Small amounts of safe & nontoxic synthetic ingredients where we believe there is no better natural alternative. For example, as a preservative to keep your products fresh and bacteria-free.

What’s OUT:

• Parabens, phthalates, sulfates, mineral oils
• Synthetic dyes and fragrance
• Harsh chemicals, potential carcinogens and endocrine disruptors
• Common natural irritants and allergens
• Nearly 1,400 ingredients that are banned in EU cosmetics

We define “naturally-derived” as ingredients that come from a natural origin but are isolated or extracted via an outside process. A great example is the coco caprylate / caprate in our Whipped Coconut Oil Body Cream. It’s a component of coconut oil that is combined with a fatty acid from natural Palm Oil to give our body cream its wonderful silky feel and spreadability that Coconut Oil on its own does not have.

Yes, all formulas are pH balanced, meaning they match the average pH of your baby’s skin and will not cause skin imbalance.

Yes. Our products have been clinically tested for safety by an independent lab under the  review of a Pediatrician & Dermatologist. They have been applied to a range of skin types over time and to ensure that they do not cause no skin irritation or allergic reaction. However, everyone’s skin is different, so always test a small area of skin before using more broadly. If you experience any skin reactions at all, please discontinue use and contact hello@lovebubbsi.com.

Our Whipped Coconut Oil Body Cream,  Coconut Oil Balm and Creamy Coconut Oil Hair Conditioner are fully vegan (meaning all ingredients are plant-based or synthetic). Our Shampoo + Wash is not vegan due to one ingredient that is sourced from egg enzymes.

Our products don’t have an expiration date, however we recommend that you store at normal room temperature and use our small animal bottles within 6 months of opening and our refill sizes within 12-18 months for the best quality. Our 8oz animal bottles are made of food-grade silicone, which is durable and nontoxic. Unlike plastic, silicone is highly stable and won’t leech harmful chemicals into your products over time. By refilling & reusing our silicone bottles instead of throwing plastic ones out every few months, we can keep our landfills and oceans a little bit cleaner.

Easy peasy! Our bottle cap is actually made up of two parts – the screw cap and the collar that attaches to the bottle. Hold the bottle by the collar and screw off the cap gently so you see the large opening into the bottle. Squeeze or pump the formula from our refill size into the bottle. Screw the cap back on and use!  

Since our bottles are very durable, you won’t need to dispose of them for a long time. However when you do, check your local recycling program to see if they take silicone.
