creamy coconut oil shampoo + wash

So… I saw an advert on instagram for this wash while pregnant and stored it to the back of my head. I was/am trying to br a minimalist mom. Trying to be economical, mostly use thrifted items and refresh rhem myself, etc. Someone had gifted me an Aveeno set so I couldn’t justify buying MORE product. FF to baby being here. 2 weeks into being home, he began getting baby acne. Or was it eczema??? We couldn’t tell. I could not justify using any product with SLS that strips on my baby with this active rash (also hello it’s winter and he’s a newborn). I took the leap about bought the refill size (hellooo I said I’m economical) and HOLY MOLY. I wish I could justify buying this cleanser for MYSELF— it’s exactly what I have always wanted in a cleanser for my 38 year old mom body! It emulsifies into a milky texture. It smells amazing (but is a smell that comes from ingredients vs scented). It’s SO nourishing. And best of all? By the third bath his rashes were totally calmed and gone. I then went for the refill size of the body cream too to replace my tubby Todd— and I feel the same way about that. Yes the animal bottles are adorable— do I wish I had them kind of lol. But I can’t bring myself to spend 6$ each for the empty bottles.

Anyway, if you’re thinking about it, please get this your baby’s skin will thank you. Also, if you subscribe for two products or more you can get even more of a discount on the shipments!

I was so excited to unbox my shampoo, body cream and conditioner for my toddler. I opened the Shampoo + Wash and noticed the bottle was essentially a third to half empty already. The Body Cream and Conditioner were full. Disappointing considering the price.

While based on my experience with Casey - the horrible & extremely illiterate customer service rep - I should not be surprised… yet here we are. Why on earth would you send this to a former customer who is furious with your company? Before you explain, I understand this is an automated email, but why hasn’t my email been removed & blocked from your database? I’m the most disgruntled, former customer ever. From my perspective, you’re a bunch of insincere, incompetent liars. I’m literally conducting an experiment where I watch your soap/shampoo refill bottle seize & fail in real time (which by the way - it’s happening AGAIN) because no one at your company wants to believe what I’m experiencing or admit that you’ve changed your product. I can’t go public because you delete any negative feedback on platforms that actually matter (lest I “attack the brand” - excuse me while I roll my eyes so hard I give myself an aneurysm). I complained to you directly and was directed to someone WHO CANNOT READ. Happiness guarantees mean nothing when your company is a complete farce. We are no longer buying your overpriced Crisco crap. And once the replacement to the replacement bottle of your soap fully seizes again, I will go public with photo evidence since sweet, precious Casey insisted over and over again that it was “the extreme temperatures” without first checking which warehouses my product originated from. Regardless of how quickly you delete the feedback. PS - sharing pics of how my one daughter’s hair went from a greased up mess to suddenly having a light sudden curl again once we used your competitor (Tubby Todd). Her sitting up is after using your seized overpriced Crisco. Laying down is after using Tubby Todd.

I am so blessed to have been introduced to this product, works amazingly on baby skin. My son suffers from eczema on his chest, back, and cheeks and I was using some products for eczema and didn’t help at all. I felt like it was getting worse. His back would dry up so bad that it would bleed a little and it would break my heart because he is only 9 months. But I was introduced by a friend at work with the balm coconut oil and it worked in 2 days I was so happy that I went and purchased the shampoo+body wash. I will definitely continue to use this product and I will also switch my other kiddos shampoo and lotion :) YOU MADE A PARENT VERY HAPPY, thank you bubbsi!

I was spending $10-15 dollars every few weeks on bath products with much worse ingredients for my kids until I found this!! Their skin was constantly so dry and now it’s magically soft. I got the last refill size in June and it’s literally lasted until December!! And that was with me leaving the refill size with the pump that it comes with in the shower for my kids (4&6)… so you know they used generous pours for each bath ;) it’s amazing for hair and body wash so it’s easy as their learning the shower themselves!

I will definitely continue to buy this refill for my kids!!

I use this around twice a week on my almost 2 year old daughter who has curly hair. She has been using this to wash her hair ever since she was around 6 months old. This is amazing! I love how it's made of coconut oil and natural ingredients. Just put it on the hair and let it sit for about two minutes. Rinse and you have a baby with moisturized and clean hair. (See pictures of how it looks right after the bath and then the next day completely dry.)

My daughter has had sensitive and eczema prone skin film birth. We tried multiple shampoos and body washed formulated for eczema, and have had to rely on steroid creams to combat her dry, irritated skin. Bubbsi has been a great tool to help keep her skin looking and FEELING better. I would definitely recommend bubbsi to a friend.

We are totally loyal to Bubbsi now. We seriously love it all! Our pediatrician recommended it to use after our baby's skin was getting really bad (cursed with her parents terrible skin). We tried a handful of other baby products and nothing feels as good as this stuff! Our baby loves it and we can definitely tell a difference when we use other products (if we forget to pack out Bubbsi things). Thank god for Bubbsi! My newborn has sensitive skin and broke out with every baby wash I tried, her whole face had baby acne. My son has awful eczema on his head and legs. I have tried numerous prescription creams and expensive body washes/lotions, but nothing worked. I tried Bubbsi and after 2-3 washes his eczema completely cleared up. I am so thankful I bought this! Please don’t hesitate to purchase!

Me and my baby love bubbsi shampoo and wash, he had horrible eczema and cradle cap now his skin is silky smooth.

My now almost 5 month old son had terrible thick cradle cap and I tried everything to get rid of it. He had beautiful black hair when he was born and he lost it all because I couldn't get rid of it. I saw an advertisement for bubbsi on insta and decided why not. Best decision ever. I noticed a difference with the first use and now his beautiful hair is finally coming back completely. I even use the body lotion on my other 3 kids when their faces get rashes. Love this product!

We have been using Bubbsi for over a year now. It has been the only product that heals my son’s eczema. We just went about a month without and his skin immediately flared up. I have been applying for about 3 days now and his skin is already improving. I recommend Bubbsi to everyone.

Ive been using bubbsi products since my 2nd son was born last Dec. 2025. I loved it on him so I switched my 4yr old son to the same bubbsi products. My younger son’s pedia even noticed how good and soft his skin was despite of having a lot of drool because of teething. The only thing Im not a fan of are the containers it is not sturdy and now my lotion container is totally broken so I need to buy a different container. Overall, the whole line of products were excellent and highly recommended.

My grandson has been dealing with eczema on his hands and fingers for months. They went to the doctor a couple of times and each time they offered a steroid cream and other ointments - nothing worked. This body/hair wash smells so good and it’s suds up really nice! Happy that it’s a product that is meant to moisturize and not strip the skin. So far I have no notice any issues with these products!
